They are personal and intimate, with very small group sizes, so you get the attention you deserve when learning how to prepare the Italian most famous dishes for your family and friends.

Our cooking classes are always based on truly authentic Italian recipes. No interpretations or adaptations. That is, Italy's "home cook" as done daily by every Italian "Nonna".

 

Our classes are 100% hands-on, full participation. We don't do the "sit and watch" cooking.

 

You will actually roll-up your sleeves and cook the meal we will be eating that day. It is not an academic-type event. It is a practical experience. It is like a group of friends getting together to cook, with one person guiding the dish preparation.
